Our Story
Ten years ago, our founders - with decades of strategic change experience - asked a simple question: Why do change initiatives so often fail to turn strategy into reality or deliver measurable business results?
They’d seen the same pattern everywhere - No matter the method - agile, waterfall, or hybrid big ambitions and big budgets did not translate into measurable outcomes or benefits.
